Great location, beautiful room, clean & great staff! They accommodate luggage storage post check out
No elevator and no fridge in the room but reception will refrigerate your food if you ask them.

Great location. The metro station and the Rossio railway station are nearby.It is very convenient to move around Lisbon and the suburbs (Sintra). It is also very easy to get to the airport. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. It's safe enough around here. The room is very clean. Wonderful reception staff.
The room was very small. But it didn't ruin the experience.

The location is great. Lots going on nearby.
There is NO parking! Even out front to unload luggage . There are a lot of stairs, and NO elevator. Tiny room. Tiny bathroom. This place is not for large, overweight or out of shape people. I had to put one leg into the shower in order to sit on the toilet. 😜There is a fan. There is NO AC.
