It is the perfect hotel if you are looking for a good price/quality relationship option in the area. The biggest highlights for me were the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, and the variety and quality of the breakfast.
The spa area can get a little too hot. It might benefit from some additional ventilation. Additionally, I don’t think a 4-star hotel should charge extra for spa towels and robes.

The bed was comfortable. The location was good for our plans. The staff tried hard to converse with us in English which we were grateful for.
The hotel was rather dated. It kind of felt a bit like a prison. Definitely could do with some updating. There was no kettle of tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there was a noisy mini fridge. The hotel itself was lacking in atmosphere and views. It's location is in such a beautiful place but unless you pay more than we did, you can't see anything nice from the windows. There are very few windows in the restaurant either.
We didn't get to try the spa facilities although they did look nice despite being in the dark basement. We were told that we would have to purchase a swim hat and slippers to use the spa, which put us off.
On the whole it could be a nice hotel with a few tweaks here and there.
