Tive uma excelente experiência. Quero deixar um agradecimento especial ao funcionário Rafael, que foi extremamente simpático e profissional. Atrasei-me e só cheguei depois da meia-noite, esperou pela minha chegada com toda a disponibilidade. Mesmo sendo tão tarde, fez me o chek in com toda a calma, sem pressa de ir embora e sempre muito bem-disposto. Funcionários assim fazem toda a diferença. Muito obrigada, Rafael, pela sua amabilidade. Foi uma excelente estadia!!

La proximité avec Resende, la propreté et la bonne accueil du personnel
Le bruit incessant dû aux événements musicaux du quartier… Isolation insuffisante avec les autres chambres, l’ascenseur ne marche pas depuis le 1er étage pour descendre car le bouton ne fonctionne plus. La réception qui ferme à 22h, dommage car pas très rassurant en cas de problème
