I stayed at Room 27 just a couple of days ago. Room 27 is “charming room” with a wonderful bathtub with the view of the vineyard. When I checked in my room, it looked exactly like the picture except the stopper didn’t work. I called the guest service at 6pm and the staff came up to our room to check. He said his team would come fix it, tho it’s not guaranteed. I said thank you (at least they tried because the bathtub was the whole purpose of staying at this room at this hotel). But even after our dinner at 9pm, no one did actually come check it, let alone trying to fix it. So… yes… it was nice to see the bathtub in the picture but I never had the chance to experience it. When I checked out the next morning, it seemed like no one knew the stopper was faulty. They didn’t even ask how our stay was. And of cos no apology for the false promise of trying to fix the stopper. In any event, the cleaning staff would clean it everyday and I really can’t understand why they won’t notice it before me informing them.

Beautiful hotel tucked among vineyards. Nice rooms, pool area is great and overall has great views. The only thing I would mention is that the food lacks a bit. Both our meals were okay but lacked flavour, which is a shame as everything else was really nice. Next time we might have dinner somewhere nearby and only have drinks at the hotel

To use the inside pool you should use a cap, but other than that our stay was perfect!
