We like the room, nice bed and shower, and also the pool

It’s not in Airlie beach itself, so for some people that could be something to consider, but if you like to walk there it a nice walkway to get there, also a close bus stop and in less than 10 min you get there

Perfect, Judy was amazing she had a welcoming smile,and was very good at her job. Always a good way to start the day. Thanks judy

I think that the manager of the bar and restaurant could be a bit more diplomatic, he talks to people as though we’re second class citizens.But the rest of the staff were top class.

The breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful and the facilities were really good. The pool was great. There was an older lady who did breakfast most mornings who was wonderful and very friendly.

The beds were like concrete they were so hard, my whole body ached. There is just 2 sheets and a doona, no in between blanket. You either got cold with the sheet or overheated with the doona. All night I woke up alternating between hot and cold, this seems to be a Mantra thing as it was the same at a Mantra I stayed at earlier this year. There is only housekeeping every 7 days, we stayed 6 nights, so the same wet towels, same cups for tea or coffee to be reused, no rubbish taken. That was disappointing. But the bed situation with the bedding and the hardness is not something I can overlook. My bones ached.
