    We stayed here for 4 nights during our week-long holiday in Airlie Beach, the Whitsunday Islands, and Hamilton Island. The location was okay, as it was close to shopping centres and some restaurants. However, you need to take a bus to get to the town centre, where there are more shops, restaurants, and people. One thing we really liked about our booking was that breakfast was included for all 4 nights of our stay. The buffet breakfast was really good, with plenty of options, and it was unlimited! The only downside for us was that the room was not cleaned every day. They only provided fresh towels and linen when requested. This was a little unusual for us compared with our previous experiences staying at other hotels and accommodations. Overall, I would rate the property around 3/5, especially considering there are several other nice accommodations closer to the town centre.

    The property offers comfort and renovated rooms. Older style property that needs a bit more Reno work done but still was good value . Staff super helpful. Location is a bit out of the centre of town but a bus outside the property takes you into town centre easily.

    We stayed for a single night, arriving at 6:00 PM and leaving at 7:00 AM. Our superior room was spacious and recently renovated with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the service did not match the room quality. At check-in, we were explicitly told breakfast was included, but restaurant staff turned us away the next morning because we weren't on the list. The situation became an embarrassing ordeal, so we left without eating. Additionally, the hotel refused to store our luggage for two nights while we went on a multi-day hike. Even after explaining our predicament, management wouldn't budge, stating they only offer same-day storage which left us in a real bind. As frequent travellers finishing a four-week holiday including stays at multiple Mantra properties, we have never experienced such inflexible service and poor customer service. Very disappointing.
