    Gidday, This is a great spot for business or pleasure. At the end there will be a but so keep reading…. 1. Very close to Airlie CMD (My apologies I am Dyslexic). 2. Unit was very clean. 3. Appliances / furnishings were modern and comfortable. 4. Awesome view 5. Quiet 6. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. 7. Restaurant and bar. Average (not in a bad way) 8. Not sure if I have mentioned the view. 9. Plenty of parking. But…. 1. The bloody stairs - getting to some rooms, most I guess. You park your car then have to carry your bags etc down 4 flights of stairs or up one flight and park a bit of a walk away. 2. The hill you walk down from your unit to the main street is at about a 30’ and going down is not great (especially if you are a big man/woman). If you think that you can make it back up the hill after a super night out, full of greatness then think again. You will make it however your lungs will be burning and legs numb. So what ever you thought was going to happen when you got back to the room…..NOPE

    We loved our stay here. Parking for large vehicles is limited in particular height, first in best dressed scenario! Walk down to main street is not far but is up hill on return. Was good to play free pool albiet a small table but was nice table.

    Location is good. But the room especially the bathroom are wear and tear. Need to be refreshed. Because the unit is close to the carpark. Every morning when you go to the bathroom you smell cigarette smoke.
