The staff were great. The hotel was well located for our needs. The room was a decent size and had all the amenities we needed and was nice and clean.
The bathroom could have been a little bigger but that wasn't a deal breaker for us.
The lighting in the room could be better. It would benefit the hotel if the rooms had better lighting around the mirror for those wanting to do their makeup.

Very clean and nice facilities, can tell rooms have recently been renovated. Staff friendly and helpful.
Very hard beds, struggled to sleep. Drinks at bar are overpriced. Not near any shops or restaurants.

Clean, tea and coffee ( but no decaf!), tv, sitting room and bar till late.
Took 30 mins to check in at 12.30 am, only got 1 towel between 2 people, no bath only shower, fire alarm test went off with no warning.
