Good joining instructions and easily found car park. Big, comfy bed, nice linen, efficient and spacious shower. Mini fridge with proper milk provided. Initial problem over 2nd night’s booking soon resolved. So many facilities in the centre of the village, including the brilliant Heritage Centre.
Slightly uneven staircase. Early morning noise from the street - the pub across the street received a beer delivery at 06:00.

Great room in boutique facility. Very large space in modernised old building, spotlessly clean. Preparation was excellent including a fan (it was very hot in June), and a jug of cold mil in the fridge. Large shower in bathroom, was spotless, lots of towels and pillows. 2 flights of stairs to enter, but were perfectly fine.

Good sized room, with good facilities and right in the middle of Lymm.
We couldn't cool the room down very well. It was 27° when we got there and by the cooling unit provided and opening some windows, we managed to cool it down a little. However, this was our only small problem, the stay was great otherwise.
