    The hotel is in walking distance to Circular Quay and shopping area. It is in good spot - just 350 meter from the train station. It is a big room with bath tub. The service for the hotel team is impressive. My flight is cancelled by the airline, they hep to make a phone call to airline for me. Thank you so much !! 👍🏻

    Nicely sits in CBD, and few minutes walk to the train station. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If there's one thing that can be improved, it would be the breakfast spread. Probably can switch the menu every alternate days.

    This is my first time reaching out to a hotel out of frustration, and I regret that it’s under these circumstances. We stayed in Room 222. I chose to book a 5-star hotel because I wanted a smooth and convenient overnight stay for my husband and myself. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. The condition of the room was not up to standard. The carpet is dirty. The shower walls already have visible dirt or mold, which made them unpleasant. Additionally, the headboard and the wall above the bed were extremely DUSTY. This caused significant discomfort for both of us—we hardly slept due to allergy. I am now experiencing a severe headache from lack of sleep, and my husband had difficulty breathing due to a clogged nose. SO TIRED this morning!!! To add to our disappointment, the TV did not have Netflix or any internet connectivity, making the Wi-Fi essentially unusable for entertainment. I hope you can address these issues promptly, as this experience has not met the expectations associated with your hotel’s standard. I was approached by a wonderful staff the time I checkedout. But thats about it. Just an offer for upgrade next booking which I doubt for now, sadly. 🫩🫩🫩
