The up grade was amazing thank you so much the best beds omg so comfortable
There was a few cleaning issues floors had black marks over them stain on couch and the plug wouldn’t come out of the bath

The light rain was right out the front. So that was very convenient.
The rooftop spa wasn't working and the fan in the bathroom wasn't either

Great location, helpful staff at the front desk
The room was super dusty- like dust and grime everywhere. A ceiling light was half hanging out of the whole in the bedroom. Under the bed was filthy. The glass shower door scraped on the tile and made a horrendous noise. It felt like you were going to crack the shower door if you pushed any harder.
