Nice apartment with helpful staff in excellent location.
Apartment was very hot a stuffy - no air-conditioning and the windows were fixed such that they could only be opened a couple of inches - no help at all. A fan was supplied, which attenuated the City noise quite nicely, but otherwise simply blew hot air around the room.

Location was great - access fob worked well. Space was great and all clean Comfy beds

Perfect location, very clean, comfortable beds. Ok price for London standards. It was a bit hot in London when we were there, we asked for a second fan and they provided it to us very quickly. We recommend it.
They don’t hold your luggage before/ after check-in which is a bit annoying but they send you a very clear email with instructions of places where to leave it (and there’s an off license nearby where you can do so).

The location
It’s was extremely hot , only 1 fan supplied for 4 people so one couple could not sleep at night because of the heat also the pull out bed you literally dropped through it . The whole place had a very unpleasant smell , would not go back
