    Was warmly greeted by the counter staff and her name is Julia. She explained clearly all the facilities available. Special mentioned is the staff name Shamie Chang, she is very helpful too. She assisted in arranging my transfer from hotel to Heathrow airport. To me, guest are treated with utmost care and respect.

    This hotel was not worth the price at all, we stayed two nights and i’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that were much better, the tables in our room were all dusty, the bed sheets had stains on it when we got there and it smelt slept on. Our shower would take ages to become hot and once it did, it would keep becoming cold. As i was in the shower, all the lights in the room turned off automatically. In the morning, we did late check out, however at 9am, house keeping staff barged in the room without knocking or ringing the door, leaving me and my partner shocked.
