The apartment is next to a farm close to the Tronçais forest, famous for its monumental oak trees and numerous ponds. The countless castles in the area also bear witness to a rich medieval history, which is celebrated during the summer festivals in the surrounding towns.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer.
