Worst night ever. Very dirty house.

WORST NIGHT EVER. We arrived in the evening at we found the dirtiest house I have even seen. There were human and dog hairs in the bed, in the shower, on the sofa and in the fridge. There was mud in the shower. The bed had a terrible smell. Moreover, the house is on the street and the neighbourhood is noisy. We asked for refund but none provided it.

Never come here again.

Not clean enough for us sorry.

The location is excellent and the area is beautiful, lots of bars and restaurants, close to the river, shopping close by.

The property is big enough for a couple and could be lovely, however as soon as we walked in there was the most awful smell that made us feel ill, It was absolutely roasting hot as the was some kind of fan blowing hot air into the room, unsure why this was necessary as it was 28 degrees outside? It’s advertised as having parking? When I asked the host where to park there was no response until hours later by which time we had parked in a car park, the property doesn’t have its own parking. The apartment it’s self needs a good clean, the bedding and towels are old and not fresh, the shower was absolutely disgusting and I feel an insult to expect anyone to use it, Overall we were not happy with the apartment and would not stay again nor recommend anyone else to until it has been deep cleaned, photos of the shower submitted.

Well-located comfortable apartment, can be recommended for stay for couples in Orléans.

Very good short stay ground floor apartment for couples close to the city's main historic street. Comfortable seating and bed. Fast wifi. Very good comms from host.

The curtains are not blackout, so street lighting intrudes into bedroom which may diminish sleep. There's a microwave but no oven - though plenty eating options in easy walking distance.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Le calme environnant est très appréciable. La situation en plein centre ville avec possibilité de parking est un avantage. De plus, la réactivité du propriétaire est à souligner.

Invivable 😒

L'emplacement est idéal mais l'accès au gîte est très compliqué.

Un taux d'humidité très important rend le logement inconfortable. Le réfrigérateur était plein de glace accumulée, des bouteilles entamées y étaient restées et beaucoup de fourmis y vivaient. Dans la chambre, les fourmis étaient aussi présentes. La douche de la salle d'eau était encrassée, le receveur entouré de moisissures noires, oranges, importantes, des plantes mortes, un éclairage aléatoire... Pourquoi Booking propose-t-il ce logement qui, en l'état, n'est pas adapté à la location ? J'ai écourté mon séjour et porté réclamation.

Gute Adresse für einen Kurztrip

Appartment liegt direkt in der Imnnenstadt- füssläufig zur Kathedrale und den dahinterliegende Restaurants. Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt. Parken ist für Autos ein Alptraum (war aber auch klar in der Beschreibung erwähnt) hinzu kommt eine Baustelle genau in der Zufahrt zu Wohnung ( Aril / Mai 2025)- aber auch dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Mein Motorrad habe ich direkt vor der Türe geparkt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per Smaartphone sehr prompt. Wohnung ist für einen Kurztrip absolut zu empfehlen.
