L'originalité de la décoration du studio
L'accueil impersonnel par digicode. Quand j'ai voulu obtenir les codes d'accès, une phrase s'est affichée en rouge sur mon smartphone "vous devez payer 500 €" sans plus de précision. J'ai cru à une arnaque. Après plusieurs appels téléphoniques à l'agence une personne m'a indiqué qu'il fallait bien payer 500 € car il s'agissait de la caution ! Il aurait fallu que la demande de payement soit formulée plus clairement en précisant qu'il s'agissait de la caution. Cela aurait évite de perdre plus de deux heures perdues en errance avant de pouvoir accéder à l'appartement.
