Beautiful and secure location. Friendly staff gave a very warm welcome.

Very friendly staff who work extremely hard to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Lovely quite location with gate entrance providing good security. Facilities were good and probably better than most campsites.

Initial booking was a bit of a challenge due to booking at a busy time of year and having non standard requirements which needed confirming. It is best to e-mail and try to make communications in French although most staff do speak very good English. If you are waiting for information to be sent (such as Bivouac or entry code numbers) and don't have access to your e-mail when you are on your travels, ensure you get this before you leave, as it can sometimes take a few days for the site team to respond, so if your question is time critical, ensure you make this clear in your communication.

The property was very modern, with all amenities considered. The facilities were pristine and the shower was better than home!

We weren’t aware there was no towels & bedding, as it was a last minute booking. If they were included as standard, that would be helpful, as we weren’t able to speak to any staff to arrange some. We used blankets & towels that we had travelled with, so not too bad.

Seconde nuit décevante et pénible.

Hébergement insolite et agréable. Cependant, j'ai réservé 2 nuits dans la lodge 5 (22 juin et 16 juillet). Seconde nuit particulièrement bruyante en raison de l'incivilité des occupants de la lodge 4.
