Glad we chose Cattleya.

Every apartment was a good size, simply decorated, nice and clean.. and had its own lovely shower room. The showers were amazing! Towels, toilet paper and hand soap were provided. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen area had a kettle (a "must" for British guests!), a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and a hob. Washing-up liquid and teacloths were provided. There was salt and pepper in the cupboard. It was good to have a table and chairs in each apartment. Being so close to Vierzon station.. and the Town Hall, meant we could walk to those places...which was important for us as a larger than average sized family group, needing to go to those places. There is an Aldi you can walk to (though it is quite a long walk) and is open for a short time on Sundays. Each room had an air-conditioning unit (though we didn't need to use those..but it was good they were there if we had needed them). Free WiFi was very useful. The owners/managers were very helpful, kind and welcoming. They made sure an iron and ironing board were there for us to use, as requested. Obtaining the keys for each apartment was simple (...much appreciated after quite a long journey).

For our family, it would have been better if some of the rooms could have had 2 single beds that could be zipped together to make a double, rather than all being double beds.. but we did know that before we went.. (and they were very comfortable double beds). There were no wardrobes in the 1 room apartments (or clothes hangers...Thankfully, some of us remembered to bring some hangers)... though there was an open wooden item that we guessed we were meant to use to hang clothes on...which worked Ok. [Noisy motorcycles roaring past the property at intervals Friday night ..but that can happen anywhere...and it was only Friday night.]

Good room, but make sure you can get in to it!!

The location was fine, but 'free parking available' means you park on the pavement if there is room!

When we arrived, we could not gain access to the property. Another couple were also outside, they phoned the owner and we eventually got in. Then we keyed in the door code to get the room key - no key. Another discussion with the owner, the cleaner had taken the key home by mistake. Eventually cleaner arrives, opens up the room, and there are people inside! We were given a bigger room as compensation, but wasted an hour and several (international) phone calls trying to sort it out. Cleaner very apologetic and helpful.

É um estúdio muito limpo muito bem cuidado tem tudo que a gente precisa entrada independente chave no cofre muito tranquilo a localização muito perto da estação oito minutos do supermercado a pé bem perto do centro da cidade essa é a minha segunda vez que eu vou nesse apartamento muito tranquilo e com certeza voltarei lá o anfitrião muito prestativo muito bom mesmo recomendo

Zeer onduidelijke communicatie met de verhuurder. Betaald voor een kamer voor 1 nacht en aangekomen bleek dit om onbekende reden niet mogelijk te zijn. Geen geld teruggekregen terwijl wij een andere accommodatie hebben moeten zoeken.

Het was een prima appartement. Alles wat nodig is, was er. Mooi, ruim en schoon. Avondeten en ontbijt heb ik zelf meegebracht en klaargemaakt. Alles voor koelken aanwezig. Ontbijt: koffiemachine aanwezig. Zelf maling meenemen. Lekker ruim en prime bed.

Het was wel warm in mijn appartement op het zuiden. Ventilator zorgde voor verkoeling, maar airco zou in hete dagen welkom zijn in de appartementen op het zuiden.

Geen fijne herinnering

Het appartement was op zich prima. Wat te warm, maar de blower gaf wat verkoeling. De douchecabine kon niet helemaal mijn goedkeuring wegdragen. Voor de rest was het netjes en ook het in- en outchecken verliep eenvoudig (via sleutelkastje)

Het appartement ligt in een wat mindere buurt. In de nacht van ons verblijf is er in de auto ingebroken en is alle reisbagage gestolen.

Aucun code ne m'a été transmis en amont de mon arrivée pour récupérer les clés, Le logement loué avait été donné à une autre personne lors de mon arrivée, Le ménage n'avait pas été effectué dans le logement qui m'a été attribué à la place J'ai dû attendre 3h30 pour pouvoir accéder à un logement propre après mon arrivée soit 22h30, Le prioritaire est extrêmement désagréable lors des échanges téléphoniques, Aucun geste ne sera fait ni par booking ni par le loueur comme dédommagement, INADMISSIBLE !!!
