Where do I start! Neighbour’s taking drugs partying with friends dog out of control entrance was a dump unsafe electrics broken dining table chairs stained didn’t stay wasn’t safe to stay had to pay again to stay elsewhere that was safe. Area where property situated also extremely run down with shady characters!

Great apartment for an overnight stop.

The apartment was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Bedrooms were spacious. We found parking just street parking just outside the apartment

As with all the reviews, the surroundings around the apartment need to be cleaned up as well as the entrance. Don’t prejudge the apartment by the exterior, the apartment is lovely and a surprise when you open the door.

Flat spotless and comfortable. Spacious, quiet and well equipped for an overnight stay. Care and pride taken in the appartement with thoughtful furnishings.

Down at heel area of town and squalid looking passageway and stairs. Street quite off putting at night with youths hanging around. If you can hold your nerve through this the flat is worth it and we had a peaceful and comfortable night.

The flat itself is very nice, but spoilt by the unpleasant access

1) The entrance to the property was not clear. It wasn't at the door numbered 51. 2) The entrance to the property is horrible - dirty, narrow, uninviting with rubbish and a broken sewer pipe open to the air. Feral cats inhabit the area. We could easily have abandoned our visit without entering on the basis of the uninviting aspect of the entrance. We didn't have to enter in the dark, but I'm not sure if the forbidding passage is lit.

La cage d'escalier pour arriver au logement et un peu scabreuse. l'escalier en bois mériterait d'être refait car certaines marches bougent. Si on pouvait ajouter un sèche-cheveux à la salle de bain ce serait top.

L appartement en lui même est très beau. Les pièces sont assez propres. La literie pas mal également Les serviettes sont fournies ce qui est un plus afin d éviter de ressortir les bagages.

La. Cage d escalier qui mène à l appartement n est pas de toute premiere jeunesse. Les tâches sur le canapé, pas top du tout. La nuit n a pas été de tout repos. En effet, l. Hôtesse n est pas responsable mais nous avons assisté vers 00h00 à une bagarre juste en dessous des fenêtres et certain ou l un d entre eux devait résider dans l immeuble. Les enfants ont eut très peur. Le matin, nous avons découvert du verre cassé dans le couloir qui mène vers la rue.

Le logement dans son ensemble, les lits sont de bonnes qualités,pour passer une nuit c’est bien. Pas de bruit venant de la rue.

L’extérieur est à nettoyer , très ancien, débris d’une maison ancienne qui est mitoyenne un peu partout, tuyaux en pvc coupés.Pour accéder au logement on prend en escalier en colimaçon, pas très propres les murs sont à repeindre. Dans le logement canapé taché, dans une chambre enveloppe d’un oreiller déchiré. Dans un tiroir d’un meuble de la pièce principale des dessous féminin.

Quelques meubles abimés signalés dès l'arrivée (pied de chaise, table et lampe de nuit), tâche sur le canapé (appel téléphonique de la propriétaire). Puis d'autres au cours du séjour (non signalé) : un tiroir avec de lingerie féminine dans le salon, couvercle de cuisine abîmé. Environnement pas des plus plaisants : cours commune et escalier non entretenus, voisinage bruyant (côté salon) les 2 soirées.

Hey appartement is ruim MAAR…… ruikt niet fris de bank is te smerig om op te gaan zitten overal vlekken waarvan ik niet wil weten wat het is. Koelkast stinkt! Bedden waren netjes opgemaakt en roken fris. Om bij jet appartement te komen moet je een onverlichte donkere nauwe steeg door waarna je eerst uitkomt op iets wat gelijk is aan een vuilnisbelt…… de opgang naar het appartement is nauw, donker stinkt ook en voelt erg onaangenaam…. Ik zou dit appartement aan niemand aanbevelen

Bien mais des ajustements à faire.

L'appartement est super joli. Très accueillant. Les enfants ont appréciés leur chambre avec des motifs coeur partout. Les draps et la literie très confortable.

La chauffage. Honnêtement il faisait très froid. Le thermostat réglé sur 18 mais ne se déclenchait pas. On a galeré à trouver le thermostat. (Pour les prochains il se situe au niveau de la cuisine ) Il serait judicieux de mettre un peu de chauffage avant l'arrivée des personnes. Là on était plutôt sur du 15/16 degré dans tout l'appartement. Surtout que tout les avis vont dans ce sens. Pas idéal avec des enfants en bas âge. Et le temps que le chauffage se mette en route. Pas de sac poubelle. Trouvé un dans les toilettes. Manque d'une petite serviette à main dans la salle de bain. On entend quand même les voitures dehors. Heureusement pas beaucoup de passage. Effectivement comme tout les autres commentaires, entrée peu rassurante. Et une odeur de beuh dans les escaliers. Manque aussi une chaise. Heureusement que c'était pour une seule nuit. J'aurais dû regarder les commentaires avant et ne pas me fier juste à la note générale.

Prachtig en schoon appartement. Nieuw apparatuur en fijne bedden.

De omgeving van het appartement. Smerige en donkere binnenplaats. Het voelde niet veilig daar. En het was erg warm in het appartement, had nog gevraagd naar een ventilator, maar niets meer over gehoord en was er dus niet.
