Good location. Easy to checkin and and out. Lots of towels and they were big and fluffy.
Our lounge window (appt 113) was dangerous for children, it opened fully without any safety catch and would easily allow an adult to fall out to fall out never mind a child. The beds were very hard. When booking, it said luggage storage would be available subject to capacity but they do not offer any luggage storage at all,at any time.

The staff were really helpful, especially Sharika, going the extra mile to make sure we were looked after. The apartment was very very clean, equipped with everything we needed. Everything worked and we clearly understood the procedure for checking in, out and practical matters. The apartment was really quiet, no disturbances from anywhere.
I will say the mattress on the bed settee, whilst thicker than many wasn't the most comfortable but I still got a full night's sleep, so I'm having to dig deep to find something less than great. Everything else was fantastic.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and very nice, with an amazing view of London from the 16th floor. We could see Big Ben, the London Eye and St Paul’s Cathedral from the apartment.
The location was excellent, with a tube station nearby and a bus stop even closer. Several attractions were also within walking distance, including the Thames riverside near HMS Belfast, with beautiful views of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. There was also a shop right next to the building, which was very convenient.
The only minor downsides were the slow lifts and the lack of salt in the kitchen, but these were small details and didn’t take away from our wonderful experience.
