It was well located, staff were friendly, room was clean and lovely too

Space, quite surroundings , close to tube, comfy beds
That the check out was 10.30, would think at least 11am without having to pay extra

The location was very handy only 10min walk to London Bridge station or 5mins to Borough tube station
The doors didn’t stay open without door stoppers, the washing machine didn’t really work without manual prompting to next stage of the cycle. I was questioned overly when leaving a day early, even though I had messaged and advised at check in that our flights changed. It was very accusatory.

Location good. Close to tube station and some shops and restaurants
The apartment was very hot all day! Big south facing windows. The one fan provided was totally inadequate. Time to put in some a/c! Difficult to access/ understand washing machine instructions
