    From start to finish with our stay it was incredible, they allowed us to have an extra few hours in the morning of our check out day so we could enjoy some much needed rest and also gave us complimentary drinks on arrival. The room was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable all in all a fantastic stay. If we need to stay in London again this would be our first choice.

    Stayed 7night, from check in till check out the lift is still out of order left 1 lift operating with staff sharing. Terrible housekeeping opened our food and my handbag even after we feedback and showed evidence to the reception. They can denied. No point talking to the management either. The only good thing about this hotel is beside station.
