Honestly everything was great. Solo traveller, wanted a comfy and quiet place to sleep and convenient location. Ticked these boxes and also offered great service, great shower and lovely bar/car area downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Attractive and comfortable community spaces. Staff was really friendly and helpful. They let me check in really early after arriving from an early flight. So nice to freshen up. Comfy bed.

I was in an ADA room and the bathroom looks so institutional. It wasn’t welcoming. My number one frustration w the room is that everything is controlled by an iPad. It’s so cumbersome. It’s annoying to use the television you need to use the iPad and it falls asleep so you have to wake it up then go to tv function just to change the channel or adjust the volume. Also, the temp couldn’t be adjusted. Looks like i could change it but it didn’t do anything. I might have been able to get that fixed by calling front desk but i was too tried to bother.

Not too much to complain about. Rooms are small but that is the hotel design

Location and super comfy bed

Stained towel, shower was falling apart, shower handle was leaking more water out of the handle than the head, some part of the room were chipped. Shower curtain was broken and somehow dirty. Tablet was chipped on the sides, quite dangerous. It was also extremely slow, luckily most functions had switches on the walls. No way to comment those things on tablet, or order of room service or other things. The communication over booking was bad - some AI bot, super long answers with repetitive and useless information just to find out I cannot be helped. Also, I was overcharged by Booking.com.
