Great location and value for money. The Room was exactly as expected, and exactly as the other experience I had of this brand. The staff were really friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was clean. The 24h bar was a life saver after coming back from a concert. Overall the experience was excellent!
If I would say couple of things to improve, but they didn’t impact negatively on my visit:
1. It was only one lift working, which it was a bit annoying at peak time
2. Room air-con, you could not properly control it. It didn’t matter if you wanted it cold or warmer temperature, it didn’t change so we were a bit cold. Also the constantly being on noise its a bit disturbing at night.

The location was amazing beds very comfy
Room was not cleaned for the entire stay no fresh towel provided or more toilet facility’s , no water in the room or was there any items in the fridge which is normally optional mini bar to purchase …
