Would return to stay but avoid restaurant
The suite was dated but nice and roomy. The sofas were not at all comfortable. Pool area is lovely, so clean
The restaurant - cold, really poor service. Having to ask to order breakfast as several staff just walked past us. At dinner we got our plates cleared and just left. No offer of dessert, no extra drinks whilst staff stood at the bar chatting. When mentioned the staff member laughed!

Cooked Scottish breakfast a bit dry & tasteless but plenty other choice. Pool & facilities much improved since refurb

Too many emails from BeSpoke after booking. Not usual to have this much from Booking.com but I believe it was BeSpoke that were responsible. Even had 2 on the morning of departure !! Pity because everything else was excellent.
