A beautiful hotel with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive and the facilities were well maintained. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return happily again.

Le personnel était très agréable et serviable, les extérieurs sont superbes surtout la très grande piscine.
Les chambres sont grandes et propres.
L’évacuation du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas bien mais c’est la seule amélioration que je note.

Location was good. Huge sprawling hotel.
The breakfast had little local choices to offer. Like no local fruits available, like buah salak, or rambutan. No jamu also. Delivery could only drop at the outside gates. So annoying to have to walk all the way down. All 3 gates are far from the lobby. Imagine if it’s pouring rain. The delivery dude is already there. Just let him ride up that extra 50m of slope to drop it off at the main lobby.

Its location and cost
It is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. In particular the service in restaurants is poor. EG we had lunch twice here. My wife had finished her meal on both occasions before mine was even served. In addition, this morning at breakfast , we were brought to a table that had just been used. Although the staff member cleared the table, she never returned to either clean it or replace cutlery etc. Having patiently waited for about 15 minutes we found another table.
