Love the hotel scent! It has a welcoming scent to look forward with the stay. The hotel staff were very helpful especially Shereen. Though we book 2 superior rooms, she upgraded us to Deluxe rooms as I was travelling with children. Location was perfect and safe.
The Laundry room only had 2 washers and 1 dryer. Appreciate the free service, but would be better if have more washers which require payment so as to reduce waiting time since many guests are using it.

I like about the hotel staff there are very and friendly and professional with their work
The facilities in the hotel does not exceed my expectation and also the breakfast not that variety that we only spend 30 minutes on the table

Nice lobby, good location.
Room wasnt clean enough. Some black spots in the bathroom, lamp design is a dust trap, bedsheet is clean but some marks left were still there. Breakfast was okay but some stuffs weren’t refilled 20 mins before the end time which was disappointing.
