Amaris Hotel Fachrudin – Tanah Abang

Staff were incredible, on our first evening we had to change rooms 3 times and they were so accommodating and never made it feel like an issue. We were always welcomed with a smile, and room was cleaned daily. We really liked the refill water station on each floor and the TV was great.

We did feel breakfast was incorrectly advertised. It’s advertised as something for everyone but we didn’t feel like that was the case, so sadly we had to have breakfast elsewhere. Some of the rooms were very dirty, with stains up the walls and rips in the duvet. One room in particular we went in stunk of cigarettes so badly that we were unable to stay in it.

City View room is very good. Orger room is too small for 2 people and all the luggage if we travel international like us. So if you travel withbmany big bags try to ask if their view city room is available. But overall its a very nice hotel and excellent service.

Some room can be too small for us. And some room also have un even tiles in the bathroom that makes the water not flowing very well into the sewerage

This is our first time visiting Indonesia, and your team really made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast was soggy, not enough tables to accommodate guests Staff were slow and not attentive, the reception We arrived on check in time hut they made us wait one hour for our rooms The sheets that were changed daily and the duvet had yellow spots on them, also the towels and pillow cases. Floors were rarely cleaned (there was a lash from a previous resident that stayed three days on my room floor) There were insects inside the room The location was not very convenient, if you are a tourist you should stay in PIK 2 or anywhere with less traffic and crowd
