The location of the hotel
The service in the lounge/lobby.
1. It is very crowded as there are a lot of large groups checking in.
2. The lounge area is not well manned, need to search for staff to serve. It is also not ell separated from the lobby. You can't have quick meetings there, as it is noisy and busy with people.
3. They put-off the lights in the lounge while we were still finishing our drinks. Not polite for a hotel to do so when hotel guests are there without warning.
