    Sukosol Hotel Review 1. Right off the bat, I could tell service was going to be horrible. While we were already waiting in line to check in, the staff member at the adjacent counter had just finished assisting another guest. Rather than assisting those of us who had been waiting in line, she motioned for a newly arrived guest to come forward and proceeded to assist them ahead of those who were already waiting. 2. There was a medical convention being held in the hotel so understandably, the hotel was more packed than usual. There were only 3 elevators to service all the floors, but it seemed like only one elevator was working at a time. We were in the 16th floor and going down to the lobby required the elevator to stop at almost all floors where other guests were also waiting. 3. The breakfast buffet area was cramped. Food was mediocre at best. The bacon was a sad soggy state in all the 3 days we were there. The only proteins offered were eggs, said soggy bacon, one Asian fish dish, one Asian chicken dish, and baked beans. The rest were carbs (stir fried noodles), carbs (pastires), and more carbs (a variety of sliced breads). The waiters all brisk and non-smiling, almost as if guest were unruly children they had to clean up after. 4. As with older hotels, the ammenities were also older. The lamps had to be turned off manually, the toilet flush was the older style - nothing big. HOWEVER, the shower heater was so inconsistent. You're getting warm water with streams of cold water 5. Recollecting all the reasons I didnt like this hotel is giving me a headache so I'll just stop there and just say I dont recommend this hotel nor will I ever book it again.

    The place is clean, convenient beautiful breakfast is delicious. A lot of choices wonderful stuff all around and remember all the detail about the customers as soon as we checked out and at the airport, they called after found out that we left our passport in the safe and be able to manage to get the Driver delivery passport to us. Very thankful for attentive staff and the facilities overall five star service.
