Great value and location

Room was very clean, comfortable but a little small

We were not able to get in because the staff wan't there and they won't pay us a refund.

The staff wasn't there when we arrived at 10pm and the automatic machine did not work. The emergency number was not reachable and in the end, we had to find another hotel. Now, they are refusing to refund us the amount for the night. I don't recommend the stay at all - especially not with the kind of attitude the staff has when it comes to finding a solution for the refund.

It's perfect for a night-stop if you are on a trip. Easy to access, bed super comfy

Staff Exceptional, very helpful. great value for money and great bed. Free secure parking was great. Well located for restaurants and easy to get back on to the motorway. Breakfast very good and good value also.

Excellent stopping point for driving to the south of France.

Great location just off the motorway, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was a very nice continental with excellent coffee. The hotel deserves more than two stars. I will definitely stay here again.

The only downside was the bed was a little uncomfortable but I suffer from a bad back anyway.

Well located and good value for money

Close to the autoroute, nice staff, comfortable bed and all very clean. Shower good. Breakfast was really nice with cereals, bread and pastries and good coffee. Not a luxury stay but just right for an overnight stay and good value for money. Choice of 2 restaurants just next door. Good car park.

Very friendly staff.

Smelly room (smoke). Window was broken and could not opened safely in the night ( ground floor). Could not sit straight at the toilet because the bathroom is too small for and a toilet and a douche. Stains in linen. Too expensive for a low budget hotel. (Paid around 70, they should ask 35 for this kind of hotel room)

I should have slept in my car.

The self checking after hours

We had a room next to the entrance and we literally jumped out of bed every time a gest would slam the door...If I had been alone I would have gone to sleep in my car. We did not get any sleep. On top of it the beds were rock hard. Never again!

Unfortunately our rooms were on the bottom floor and both had a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathrooms, which consequently entered in to the rooms, designated outdoor smoking areas should be well clear of the rooms and ventilation duckts.

Notre chambre donnant sur le parking nous étions au calme malgré un boulevard très passager à proximité de l'hôtel. Parking et Wi-Fi gratuits

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et sur toute cette période le lit n'a pas été refait correctement. Le personnel s'est contenté de repositionner la couette. Le distributeur de savon à côté du lavabo a disparu pendant 2 jours et à été remis à ma demande. La chaise tenait sur 3 pieds et n'a pas été remplacée alors qu'il suffisait de la permuter avec celle d'une autre chambre non occupée.

Podían eliminar las moquetas de todo el edificio, que son sucias y poco saludables y poner suelos duros que son más limpios. La ducha no hay quien la regule
