Link Hotel Singapore

The location of the hotel is amazing. Just a 3 minute walk to Exit 1 of Havelock MRT and right across the hotel is the bus stop. Everything was accessible (eg, Tiong Bahru market, 7 Eleven). The receptionist and housekeeping was attentive, friendly and helpful. Only one functional elevator. Maybe due to active renovation.

There was no bidet in the toilet. The amenities like shower gel and shampoo could have been in a refillable form instead of the "use once and discard" Its not enough too for a a family of 3. I understand can ask for more but it would save the guests hassle. Get better pillows too. Its too thin and no support. Also, I would recommend to install vanity mirror in the room for guests.

The hotel is located in a quiet area in the Tiong Bahru district, which makes it a pleasant place to stay away from the busy city center. At the same time, it is still quite convenient for exploring Singapore, with MRT stations within walking distance and easy access to Chinatown and other parts of the city. The room size was comfortable and adequate, especially considering Singapore standards. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant.

The beds were quite short, which may be uncomfortable for taller guests.

Great location near food centre and close to SGH to visit family in hospital. Overall comfortable stay and reasonably priced. Friendly and welcoming staff. Recommended.

It was clean

I was quite disappointed that I had to redeem a breakfast voucher by walk 5 blocks to go to a third party restaurant for tea, two slices of bread with margarine and a boiled egg, which had been aggressively advertised as “This hotel serves a good breakfast”. Secondly it took me 5 hours to find the hotel. The advertised address and the gps location lead you somewhere else and not the hotel. The hotel also has a sign the size of my iPad which you obviously cannot read when driving a car or sitting in an uber
