Good size rooms, breakfast was great and only $15 per person, a big breakfast to keep you going to the evening - a lot of variety in the buffet. Great pool, enjoyed by all, pool towels provided. Extra towels/toilet paper etc available on each floor. Staff helpful.
The bathroom needs an update, getting a bit tired.

The location was great.
The queen studio was so small. We didn't know how small it was at the time of booking. The room / bedding/ our clothes were damp & shower area didn't dry over night. We needed more towels to mop up the shower floor but couldn't replace them as no cleaning staff were around when we left each morning or returned later. Doona covers were old & tatty with holes in.
Shower took a long time to warm up, my first night I could only have a cold shower, we tried to contact reception by phone but couldn't work out how to call. Shower water pressure was unreasonably low for a 4+ star hotel.
The pool facilities were very disappointing -many sun loungers broken/ had holes in, not enough were available so we had to lay in the concrete, not enough sun shade, many pool towels were ripped/ worne through. The gym smelt stuffy & made me gag, changing room shower was mouldy in the grout & lacked space to put my clothes to change into. Nobody was around to give feedback to at the pool area- I didn't complain at the time as I didn't want to go out of my way to the reception in my swimmers.
