About this villa rental
The villa is simple and functional; it consists of a large living room with a television, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave), 3 bedrooms (two 140 cm beds and two 80 cm beds), 1 shower room, 1 WC; there is also 1 adjoined studio flat with a living area (1 double bed) and a terrace facing the sea. The house is perfect for a large family; the parents could be accommodated in the studio flat.
By the terrace facing the sea, there is a large garden with pine trees and cactus from which you can see the Revelatta peninsula. There are hammocks and sun loungers between the pine trees: it is the perfect place for a nap in a natural setting.
The terrace facing the mountain is fitted out with a table and a flap under which you can have a drink, eat dinner, or entertain yourself during the day.
It is possible to easily park 3 cars inside the property where they will be safe and will not disturb the other inhabitants.

The house is big and has an additional guest house with another bedroom. The garden is really large both in front of and behind the house with great views of the bay.
And being in hills, there is usually a breeze making it more comfortable than in Calvi.
The kitchen is complete and had everything we needed.
The interior is a bit dated with old furniture - and the some of the outside furniture is also quite old

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans la villa. Plutôt bien située, au calme avec une très belle vue des deux cotés de la maison.
Certains equipements vieillissants meriteraient d être remplacés mais globalement tout etait adapté.

Villa spacieuse, mobilier et équipement ancien , vue sur mer très simpa, manque vrai plancha ou barbecue.
Quartier calme et très proche de Calvi.
Les boules de pétanques étaient très appréciable...
