New luxury designer apartment, residence Les rivages de Calvi, ideally located in the pine forest 150m from the beach, no road to cross. The 85m2 apartment is on the 1st floor, surrounded by 100m2 of terraces which give the feeling of having no neighbor, with views of the pine forest and the mountains. Air conditioning in all rooms, wifi, elevator. You can enjoy 2 shower rooms, hairdryer, 3 large bedrooms overlooking the terraces (two bedrooms with 160X200 beds, one bedroom with two 90x200 or 180x200 beds), all air conditioned, cot and high chair, 1 bedroom / children's cabin with bunk beds (air-conditioned and with window), very well-equipped living room / kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine.
