Great stay, very friendly people

The people we met who worked in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was very good too, bed was very comfortable and room was spacious, quiet (even in high season) and air-conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good too so we were very happy with our choice.

Only minor thing was that the shower was not very powerful, but it didn’t really bother us. We would be very happy to return.

A pleasant, clean hotel with friendly staff in a decent location.

Breakfast is always a good selection Location is decent, just off the promenade, so easy to find.

Parking isn't the greatest. I'd naturally assumed a hotel has its own (free) car park - which it does but it's only by reservation and not free. We were lucky to get almost all of our stay in the hotel's own underground car park but it's not the easiest to manoeuvre. No aircon in the rooms - so on a summer night the room gets really hot. If you leave the door open it's loud at night for a bit as people are out drinking (and therefore shouting).

Fantastic place to stay when in Ostend, 1 min walk to the seafront and 5 min walk to the main square Room was clean and warm and had a small fridge and tea making facilities which was a nice touch. In fact the whole hotel was clean and spotless. Breakfast was good with a great choice and all way's topped up.

I really liked the location of hotel, which is really close to the beach and supermarkets and was very accessible. Also, I liked the bathroom, which has a modern touch and the breakfast, that was very diverse. Lastly, the personnel was very kind to us.

The room was a little bit dusty, but everything else was really good. It is a hotel we recommend if you go to Oostende.
