Nice single room in Hasselt

Small 3rd floor single bed room with enough space for a solo traveler, very practical. The continental breakfast, included in the price, is served at the table and is big and very tasty!

Room furniture is a little outdated, but it doesn’t show any tearing and wearing, so it’s still perfectly fine.

A very nice stay on walking distance of the city center

Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room, quiet during the night and very close to the city center (on walking distance). I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

It's not luxurious or anything, and the breakfast is offered at the table (no buffet), but one can ask anything since the staff is amazingly friendly. So nothing minor actually!

Stairs are quite tight and awkward Shower door didn't quite close properly so had to be careful to avoid flooding the floor

Great location, helpful staff, everything was clean, comfortable beds. The breakfast was very nice. We also had a single room, which was small, but there was everything someone needed. Good price-quality.

The Hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice and helpful, parking is provided free over the road in a little car park I did book a parking slot in a secure car park @15 euros per day but did not use it so that was knocked off my bill Thankyou. Continental breakfast provided lots of bread and croissants too much to eat a bit heavy, also cereal fruit yogurts fuit juice so you dont leave hungry.

No lift so do not book if you cant climb quite steep steps. No kettle in room for a late night cuppa or morning coffee.

Did standard of the room is very high. It is also spacious and modern.

The devil is in the detail. Check In is done by restaurant personell so like in an inn. They prioritise the restaurant. Many speak no if any English usually quite broken. Level of English much lower than in Netherlands. Even though there is a modern bathroom and shower there are no amneities almost (no hair conditioner no body lotion). When using the shower there is nowhere to place bath gel or shampoo has to be placed on the floor. Also windows to the street are too thin being the center of the town its easy to get woken up by sirens, shouting people or whatever.

Breakfast very poor, no eggs, just some breadrolls white or brown but nothing else, no croissant, crackers etc. Plastic cheese. No fruit. Absolutely poor for this type of hotel. Was told that I could book garage on arrival but when checking a day before arrival, garage was unavailable for the first night. So booked garage for 2-4th night but when I came back on 3rd night, another car was parked in the garage. I could leave my car in parking area of the hotel (outside) and was told they would deduct costs of garage from my bill. This wasn't done when I checked out and had to ask them/remind them to deduct it. WIFI is unsecured, free WIFI
