Cheap accommodation, very comfortable beds, nice balcony.
Talking about the balcony, its door wont fully close, so it wasn’t extremely comfortable. Another massive drawback - there was almost no hot water during our stay. Only up until the last day of our stay we had to shower in lukewarm water. Adding onto that, when fluishing the toilet, a few drops of the water from the toilet get onto the seat, which definitely cannot be hygienic.
Talking about the hotel as a whole - it is some maze. To reach our room, we had to walk and take multiple different elevators, which isn’t what you would expect from a “4 star” hotel.
Noise insulation is also practically non existent.

Stunning Infinity Pool & Cave Bar: These were standout features of the hotel, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.
Elegant Lobby & Helpful Staff: The lobby was tastefully designed and welcoming, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating.
Great Location: Conveniently close to the main street yet tucked away in quiet surroundings, making it easy to explore while still enjoying peace and quiet.
Cleanliness: The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay.
Proximity to Attractions: Mellieha Beach was lovely, and the hotel’s location made it easy to reach popular spots like the Blue Lagoon and other scenic destinations.
Cold Outdoor Pools: In October, the unheated pools were too chilly to enjoy.
Disappointing Dining Experience: While the buffet offered variety, the food quality and taste were underwhelming. The breakfast and dining areas were also noisy and lacked comfort.
Misleading Room Upgrade: We paid €20 per night for an upgrade expecting a better view and extras, but received only a slightly larger room and balcony overlooking a small pool and a noisy courtyard.
Poor Air Conditioning: The unit was loud and ineffective, forcing us to turn it off. Opening the window wasn’t an option due to noise from neighboring rooms. Generally, noise travelled easily throughout and between the building
Distance to the Beach: The beach was quite far and required walking along a busy, noisy road.
Especially the room and the dining experience pulls my rating into the more negative direction.
