I had a wonderful stay at this spa hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive — they greeted me warmly and always listened carefully to what I requested, which made the whole experience feel very personal and relaxed.
The spa facilities were excellent and perfect for unwinding. Breakfast and dinner were both fantastic, with a great variety and really high-quality food — everything was fresh, well presented, and delicious. One suggestion would be to label vegetarian food in green so it’s easier than reading all labels & not mixed near the meats. Chef was great & if something was suited would cook if requested but was never needed.
Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay with outstanding service. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break with great food and exceptional staff.

Didn’t get 5 stars owing to having fire alarms going off on two nights. One at 2.00 am and another night at 5.00 am. Dudnt make it a relaxing break as only there for four nights.
