The check in staff were very friendly and polite. Parking in their underground car park is available for a small daily fee.

Basic but clean adequate room . Breakfast in lobby cafe used by locals. Comfortable bed. Good value . Close to tram stop. Free Wi Fi.
Thin curtains allow external light in from overnight brightly floodlight playground nearby. Decorations in room slightly dated and marked in places. Restaurant kitchen closed Monday evening - ate out.

The hotel was quiet, secure, and reasonably priced.
Staff didn't seem particularly friendly. Restaurant selection wasnt' great.
