Het personeel was enorm behulpvol Eerder op de dag had ik de sleutel opgehaald in Denia, dit ligt 25 minuten van de locatie af van je kamer. Toen ik savonds naar de kamer ging kreeg ik mijn deur met de sleutel op geen mogelijkheid open. Door de hulp van de medewerker aan de Receptie heeft hij geprobeerd te helpen via een videocall. Ook op deze manier kwam ik er niet in. Toen heb ik een andere kamer gekregen in het Ona in Denia. Keurig netjes opgelost ook nog geholpen met mijn bagage.
Vervelend als je zover moet extra reizen om je sleutel op te halen stel nu dat je hierheen vliegt en je hebt alleen een transfer? Wat een gedoe, enorm onhandig allemaal.

Zona tranquila
El apartamento que me dieron se le ve deteriorado. Le faltaba un cristal a la puerta de la terraza. No me gustó tener ir a recoger las llaves a vente minutos en coche.
