Cozy townhouse for 4 people in Dénia. The apartment is located in an urban area near shops, restaurants and supermarket. At 350m from the sandy beach, community pool, nice terraces with views to the Montgó and common area.
The apartment of 84m2 is distributed on two floors. The ground floor is distributed in a large living room with flat screen TV, WIFI, well equipped open plan kitchen, a toilet, a covered terrace of 16m2, very sunny east facing. Direct exit to the garden from the kitchen and from the terrace.
The upper floor is distributed in 2 double bedrooms, the main bedroom with two 90cm beds and the second bedroom with two single beds, one 90cm and one 80cm, a bathroom with bath. Open terrace with exit from the main room with fantastic views to the mountain and the garden.
Family and very quiet urbanization, with large community pool and small children's pool, Mediterranean garden with palm trees and others, shaded areas. Located close to the town center with all the services: supermarket, press, bakery, shops and restaurants. No parking problems in the area. Large green area nearby with playground. VT-482800-A

We stayed here with our 19year old daughter so wanted a location that would suit us all.
The property is located on a peaceful complex with a lovely size pool. The inside is a bit dated but has all that we needed.
A 20 minute walk into Dénia where we could explore the shops and many bars and restaurants. Also within easy reach of sandy and rocky beaches.
