Very nice staff, great daily game drives (2x), beautiful villa and splendid service.

The staff are lovely, cannot do enough to help. The accomodation is great, private, comfortable, our room had views over the waterhole which was amazing, the hide was amazing and the safari drives were a great highlight. Loved every minute.

Nothing really. It would have been an added touch to have a small gym onsite even with just treadmills as you can’t go for a good walk. Also we weren’t aware you had to prebook the yoga, as that would have sufficed.

We like the privacy of the lodges.

There is nothing to not like. This is an amazing place with amazing staff

The game drives and our guide Thato were excellent – we saw lions, cheetahs, elephants, hyaena and wild dogs. Unforgettable wildlife experience.

The service and food quality were very disappointing: · No one took our breakfast order – we had to walk to the buffet station ourselves to place our order · The steak was so tough and dry that I couldn't eat it – even the replacement was just as bad. The waitress didn’t even ask a word even she saw the steak replacement was left untouched on the plate. · My son's water glass was empty throughout dinner, while staff actively topped up wine for other guests. · Lunch portions were too small; my son's pasta wasn't enough to fill him. · Our flight was 11:30, but staff kept saying 11:00 – careless and not attentive to guest’s flight schedule. · The fireplace kept going out because the logs were too big. We called reception a few times around 11pm but no one answered. • At check-out, we had to ask for help with our luggage. When staff came, they waited outside the room for us to carry the bags out, rather than coming in to assist. · At check-out, the staff only said "Bye" – no "Have a safe flight", no "Thank you for staying", no "Hope to see you again". It felt cold and impersonal, especially compared to how we saw them greeting other guests during our stay. Overall: Wildlife and guide = 5 stars. Service, food, and attention to detail = need serious improvement.
