橋が目の前にあり、ロケーションは素晴らしく、また橋も素晴らしかった。おすすめです。駐車はわずかな隙間があったのでホテルの前で無料で駐車できた。

Former convent now parador provides a stunning hotel experience in the beautiful and historic town of Cuenca. What a treat this is! Lovely evening meal in the restaurant with excellent local wine recommendation. Would stay again.

Beautiful historic building in an amazing location overlooking the gorge. Bit difficult to access due to building work near the entrance but staff very helpful in directing me to the underground car park. Really enjoyed out stay here on the way back up to Santander. Cuenca is a unique place and well worth a visit.

Upon arriving at Parador the front desk experience set us up for great promise of a luxurious stay. While the room was fine and had a sweet view of the opposing cliffs and countryside below the room was grimy. The walls were scuffed and in our room something was splattered on the wall. The accent carpet stained and furniture is worn. The hotel could use some maintenance- I like old charm but for the price of a stay… more care could be afforded-over simple light cleaning. The location is awesome. 5 stars and the convent is a very cool building in itself. My biggest complaint is the restaurant and dining experience. Not cheap and the food is mediocre and the service is , “ get ‘em in, get ‘em out.” My bacalao dinner was so bad I did not eat it. The dish was described as baked with a creamed potatoes etc… in fact , it was old frozen fish, not baked, that had the texture of rubber bands and floated in a mashed potato slurry. Honestly, it was disgusting- furthermore, no one ever came to the table except to move us along. When the server recognized that my meal was uneaten , he did his best to address it. The chef however, basically dismissed me and I paid the 27€ for nada. 100 € later for not much . 1 slice of bread runs 2.20€ - they offer it upfront. Beware ( I was) that it is not free. Nor tasty. If you seek a fantastic location and you have deep pockets this is your place. I think the Parador can do better.
