Be careful!!! You might get a room with no door to the toilette!!!

Incredibly disappointed!!!! We went as a group of friends (2 couples). Me and my boyfriend were given a room which had no door to the toilette!!! Unbelievable!!! We tell the receptionist and request for another room. He was unable to provide one as apparently there were no other rooms. We requested for a reimbursement! Of course we didn’t get any! This was the most unpleasant stay in a hotel that we have ever experienced!

Good evening meal, good breakfast and and good stay.

Room was as expected, clean and plenty hot water. Breakfast was excellent and the locations is very quiet.

On arrival we had to wait nearly 10 minutes before we got booked in. Only 1 person serving the front desk, the restaurant and the bar. She was friendly enough but just too busy. This is not right.

The staff were very friendly at checkin, checkout and throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice and well-presented. The room was dated, especially the bathroom, but definitely clean.

The beds were awful - both me and my friend slept very badly and both had sore backs the next morning. The bathroom is still as originally-decorated...60s/70s tiles etc. The bathroom was clean though so that was OK.

Leuke familiekamer

De familiekamer bevindt zich op de begane grond, heeft een eigen ingang en eigen terras en prachtig uitzicht. Het zijn eigenlijk 2 tweepersoons kamers naast elkaar, waarvan één een tussendeur heeft. Prettig voor privacy. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk!

De kamer grenst aan de keuken en de eetzaal, dus je hoort s avonds de afwas en s ochtends het klaarmaken van het ontbijt. Een van beide deuren naar het terras was defect, maar was niet gerepareerd. In een kamer ontbrak een baan behang. Er was maar 1 afstandsbediening voor 2 tv's. Er waren geen koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer. De dame bij het ontbijt deed erg haar best, maar had meerdere taken, waardoor je erg lang op haar moest wachten als je wilde uitchecken (onderbezetting?).

Geweldig mooie locatie

De kamer met balkon had een fantastisch uitzicht op de Limburgse heuvels. Het is een knus en gezellig hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel en gelegen op een centrale locatie in Noorbeek, vlakbij het kleine dorpsplein en diverse horecafaciliteiten. Het ontbijt was erg goed in een mooie aangebouwde serre met uitzicht.

L'hôtel était très sympa, dans un.m beau cadre, très propre, très bon repas, et le personnel très gentil et serviable.

Je n'ai juste pas aimé les coussins qui n'étaient pas confortable, par contre le matelas très bien.
