Easy check-in and door access through phone. Good location

Noisy building, room too small for double bed, layout not great. Kettle lead not long enough. Had to move table. Too expensive for what it is.

I would definitely recommend Hotel Bor

Location is s great. Nice and quiet area, but close enough to the beach. The room was clean and neat and I was very happy to see the bathroom has a bathtub. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

It was one of the hottest days ever and the room is on the top floor. It was really warm. The fan didn't really help, so it was a sticky night. I mini fridge would've been nice.

Simple stay for the easy-to-please.

-The staff was really cooperative, flexible and friendly. -The light was enough in the room that it feel small. - the proximity to the bus stop. And relative proximity to the beach. - proximity to the budget thai restaurant, to the supermarket and the laundry. -I liked the coffee machine in the morning.

- The sound of seagulls all night. - the fact that reception and all hotel staff leave at 4PM.

The stay was reasonable but could have been better for the amount paid.

Location was good. Conveyance was somewhat available nearby.

Breakfast had very limited options. I couldn't find too much on the menu for my taste. Room was pleasant but on 2nd floor. No drinking water was available (carbonated or sparkling water not interested, sorry)

Not too bad but the room hygiene could be better.

The toilet was used, dirty open our arrival, luckily we had bleach with us, from our lodging in Heijderbos. There was no one to attend to us at 8pm when my daughter was unwell. The bed frame, lamp, fan, to be candid, the room requires thorough dusting and cleaning.

They serve breakfast a bit later than I'm used to, usually everything's ready by 8am. Very easy check in and check out.

Nice and calm place to spend a few days in Scheveningen.

Breakfasts fresh and delicious. Maybe not too huge selection of food, due to the small number of guests, but fully adequate and everyone will definitely find something delicious. The room very nice and clean, kettle available in the room. The personnel was very nice and professional (both ladies - at the reception and at breakfast).

Be aware that this is a small hotel and the reception hours are much shorter than most of other hotels have. It did not bother me, because I received this information during the booking, so no surprise. If you need some other time-slots to meet the staff, inform the hotel in advance. Going up the stairs may be challenging for older or physically weaker guests as the stairs are narrow (the hotel offers assistance with luggage if needed). If rather steep, narrow and winding stairs could pose the problem for you, I would suggest choosing/booking the room on the groung floor. WiFi without Internet connection for most of my stay.

Definitely nothing to complain about

Everything looked well maintained and durable. A typical older The Hague building, which had the necessary maintenance to really look like a quality hotel. I really liked the cozy and warm feeling. Very nice, welcoming, understanding and hard working people. I really don’t have any complaints. The personnel really goes the extra mile. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, which is extra hard for everyone.

War gemütlich und recht gut gelegen.

Der Kontakt lief über WhatsApp, welche Nummer nicht bei Booking.com registriert war. Entgegen der Regeln und Empfehlungen von Booking.com, sollte ich über WhatsApp einem Link folgen um die Kurtaxe zu zahlen. Ich habe sehr viel Zeit damit verbracht und dies nicht schön. Der Check-in war sehr spät 16:00 Uhr und der Check-Out 10:00 Uhr für einen Sonntag viel zu früh. Einige Gäste kamen nicht wirklich mit dem Zugang klar.
