Small hotel with an excellent locaion near Museumplein, and with lots of connections via bus or tram to anywhere in the city and the airport (the bus stop for bus 397 that gets you to and from the airport is at a 1-minute walking distance). Excellent place to stay for a cultural visit of Amsterdam. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The rooms was excellent for the price paid compared to other options of previous visits to Amsterdam. The hotel, the room and the shared bathroom were well kept and clean.
Take notice that it has steep stairs to go up to the rooms, might be tricky/dangerous if you're carrying heavy luggage.

Location and staff.
The stairs are extremely steep and narrow—definitely not safe for young children or older adults. There’s no elevator, and the steps are very small. This could be dangerous for anyone with mobility issues.
