This 2nd floor villa has a breathtaking unobstructed ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. Two bedroom suites (new mattresses and ceiling fans), with separate newly renovated baths. Beautiful maple hardwood & tile floors throughout. Fully appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. New Washer/Dryer. Jim Says: "I personally stay in each of my units to ensure they are maintained to my highest level of expectations."

Our villa was clean, quiet and beautiful. Well stocked with everything we needed. Ocean view was great, nice grounds and make sure you use the pool while you’re there! The beach was wonderful but the pool was a nice bonus!

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head and our Shorewood Villa was perfect! The view of the sunrise and sunset each day was incredible. Loved this villa because of the closeness to the ocean, easy walk to the beach, beautiful view and the pool area. the villa was just the right size with a great deck. We hope to return and will certainly rent this villa again. Thanks!

We stay in a lot of VRBO’s and usually leave feeling like we got exactly what we expected. This property has a WONDERFUL view of the ocean! The condo itself is just ok. There is a musty smell that overwhelmed us as soon as we opened the door. The balcony has furniture that is very wobbly and needs attention. It just felt a little dated and in need of an update. Underwhelmed.
