My in laws and my family stayed at the property and loved it. The door needed a deadbolt or extra lock though since my 3 year old was always opening the door and running out. Aside from that everything was perfect!

Property was very nice, the condo was clean, the view and location were spectacular. The elevator was not working, this is a 4th floor unit, there was no mention of this from the renting company and when we questioned it they pointed to the rental contract, said they could offer no money back and they were not responsible for the maintenance and property grounds. They did not care about our inconvenience and offered nothing in return. Not even a small gesture of a gift certificate to a local restaurant Or anything to make us want to deal with this company or one of their properties ever again.

Pro: Great location. True beachfront unit. Very clean. Included bikes and beach chairs/umbrella was a plus. The resort is secured with digital cards etc.The property is well maintained (except, as noted below). The beaches are wonderful. Good quality restaurants are plentiful within walking distance.Con: The elevator in the building was not operational and it has been undergoing renovation for way too long. I realize that the owner is not entirely responsible for this problem. But I had to dock one star from my rating. We were exhausted from spending most of the day on planes and airports and were very disappointed when we found out that we had to lug our luggage to the fourth floor. This certainly did not help my bad shoulder. We would have looked for other options had we known about the elevator issue. Other issues to look into: sluggish drainage from both showers. It is time to retire the mattresses, especially the ones in the 2nd bedroom.We had a great time in spite of above issues.
