Well located and that’s about it.
1. Missing advertised facilities: Several items listed as part of the in-room amenities were not provided. There was no oven, no sofa bed, no kitchenware (such as utensils), no radio, and no mini bar — only a coffee machine. Toiletries were minimal, consisting only of a 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel. 2. Restricted heating: The room temperature cannot be set above 20°C. This made the room uncomfortably cold at night, and we were told that heating could only be temporarily adjusted by contacting reception, who control it remotely. 3. Inconsistent housekeeping: Out of six nights, our room was not cleaned on three occasions. When we inquired, the response was dismissive — we were told that the cleaner had gone home or was unavailable and that a “note” had been added to clean the room the next day. 4. Limited restaurant service: The restaurant is closed for lunch and entirely closed on Sundays, leaving no option for guests to dine on-site during those times.

Found bugs in our bed but staff didn't look bothered at all
Location was very nice Most of the staff was polite and helpful... but the low note is due to one colleague that doesnt know how to handle costumers when they have a problem. This is the reason why i gave a 2 instead of a 1
First time in my life having bugs (Silverfish) in my bed. Two days in a row. When i checked out i communicated this to the girl at the reception. I told her carefully that we had silverfish in our bed for two nights in a row. I even showed her a video of me killing them but the best i could get from her was a "ok sir" I then tried to approach her again, just to know if she understood correctly what i just told and showed to her, and she proceeded to tell me that "it's not the first time" and "they will take care of it". I was left baffled. There was another colleague behind her and no reaction. They both seemed around the same age so let's think this interaction was fruit from inexperience rather then these being the standards of this Hotel. So on top of having bugs in their hotel rooms, they also don't really care about it. In fact, i never felt so unwelcomed in my life @ an hotel. In case you are the manager: i don't know what to say. PS: i added some photos. One of them has the geotag location on it. If you rather want to see the video, i'll gladly sent it (the receptionist didnt seemed bothered to see it, let alone ask to have it so she could send her manager)

bad experience due to untransparency of information

the location is too difficult to park the car for 1st time the staff only gave us one key but we need the key for elevator we were asked 20eur more for my daughter of 4 years old but no any information to indicate this when booking, neither for parking fees. no transparency during booking moment. in total we paid 37EUR more for a room of 114EUR

We recently stayed at this establishment and had a generally enjoyable experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, the name of the place was very confusing – the booking was listed under one name, the signage on arrival displayed a different name, and the resort itself had yet another name. Clear and consistent branding would help guests find the property more easily. Secondly, parking was quite limited considering the number of rooms, and we believe parking fees should be included in the stay. Lastly, we were surprised to find that access to the gym and pool required additional fees and needed to be booked in advance. This was not communicated clearly at the time of booking. It would be much more guest-friendly if these amenities were included in the stay or at least properly explained upfront.
