A wonderful stay in the Dolomites with a relaxation/wellness space!

We absolutely loved our three night stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the room was a decent size! We loved being able to sit out on our balcony and have dinner. It was walking distance to the main town and a great base for exploring the Dolomites. We had a hire car so the parking lot was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was AMAZING! So many options and choices, it was delicious. The highlight of this hotel would also be the wellness centre which featured a sauna and relaxation room where you could make yourself some tea and have some bickies to wind down after a long day! Would recommend this hotel :)

Very minor but a kettle would have been great to be included in the room to make coffees or teas at any time.

Good place to qtay on your way in Dolomiti.

The location - just at the entrance to the city. Also the breakfast was really good and the beds are comfy.

Great location, but very noisy

Nice looking from the outside. Okay breakfast with lots to choose from. Close to beautiful nature and adventures.

The hotel is old and the walls paper thin. We could literally hear the neighbours conversations - and we were held awake late at night because of it. The decor in the rooms and salons is very oldfashioned. We went in the middle of summer and the noise coming from the traffic outside - especially motorcycles - were very loud. Not as peaceful an experience as we had hoped.

dirty spa- WE SAW A MOUSE running through the spa zone program of spa is not so good-spa is working in the time of diner and you can not go to spa because you have to go to dinner because later all restaurants will be closed. it’s more logical to have spa open for a longer period not only till 8PM - there is no spa slippers only robe (and not every time available) you have to go to reception and ask about that if they have available robe for you .

Dog-friendly hotel, with no eating facilities.

Covered parking for motorbikes (if you get there early enough). Really good manageress, but limited in what she could achieve.

This hotel has no restaurant. On arrival, I asked about local restaurants, and was referred to a restaurant some distance away. It seems the staff did not think it appropriate to mention a decent cafe/brasserie just 2 minutes away - which was quite suitable for a meal after a long trip. Note that this is a pet-friendly hotel. I had to complain several times about dogs being left in hotel rooms during two evenings and dogs barking for several hours. Eventually, the manager phoned the room's occupants (who were out at a restaurant/bar) to come back. As soon as they arrived the barking stopped.

Good value for money. Cozy, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is from 70s and you can tell it is, but we liked the "retro" feeling it had. All was clean and cozy, functioning. Breakfast was very good, but it was the first time I could not fix myself a tiny snack (forbidden). The personnel was nice though.

Wellness could be better, in saunas there was not the right temperature, all were rather cold and not properly insulated. I cannot eat too much at once, so I usually prepare a sandwich during breakfast and mostly there is no trouble. Here we were forbidden to take away anything, they wanted to charge additional fees. Could use more parking space, in the evening it was difficult to find a spot.

No cattle in the room, when I asked for hot water to prepare a tea I was charged additional. Spa working only 4 hours, we didn't manage to see it.

Rasist comment

The receptionist was very kind.

One of the servers (skinny with beard) made a racist comment about our group after telling us no take away from the breakfast. In fact we packed of breakfast the previous two days, but he made rasist comment to us instead of draw our attention to this politely. He can't afford it.

Breakfast was very good.Lots of choices including fresh fruit, cold and hot choices and a pancake machine! Family room was a good size with a great mountain view.

It was a busy time and on some days it was difficult to get a parking space.
