Perfect Stay – Friendly Team, Great Location, and Spotless Throughout.

We would definitely stay here again. If you’re into skiing, the Belvedere lifts are just across the road, and the ski bus stops practically outside the hotel, making everything incredibly convenient. There are also beautiful walks to several areas along the Avisio, which is only about five minutes away. The hotel is spotless, and the entire team is not only efficient but also genuinely friendly, always willing to help and have a chat. We especially loved the lady who cleaned our room—she was so kind and warm. As was Luca who always returned our messages instantly. Another great bonus is that, as part of the Outdoor Hotels group, guests receive discounts at several partner venues, including Mio Trentino (which includes free busses) QC Terme and Sport Fassa. This added extra value to an already wonderful stay.

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The room offered a stunning view, making every moment there special. Everything was spotless, and the pleasantly scented soap in the bathroom added a nice touch of comfort. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying, giving us a great start to the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud, wrapped in soft, cozy blankets. The hotel’s top location, just steps away from the city center, made exploring very easy. Having a convenient parking space was an added bonus. We will definitely come back!

The staff was extremely nice and attentive! The location was great, in the center of Canazei.

You could not seat straight on the toilet seat (because of space) and you could hear people in the corridor or the nearby rooms.

The best location at Canazie! Due to an urgent medical problem we had to leave after two days even though we booked a room for a week. The hotel staff understood and charged us only for the two days we stayed. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

Das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefült. Die sehr zentrale Lage war super. Nur ein paar Gehminuten zur Gondel und in das Zentrum.

Eine schöne Skiwoche

Die Sauberkeit war excellent. Auch die Lage zur Gondel war ideal. Ebenso hat uns das sehr freundliche Personal gefallen.

Wir hätte nuns einen Raum zum Sitzen gewünscht, um z.B. ein Spiel zu spielen. Die Raum mit der Bar wäre dafür geignet gewesen, ist allerdings ab 20:30 zu.

У цьому помешканні привітний та доброзичливий персонал, розмовляють англійською та німецькою мовами. Прибирають щодня, тому дуже чисто. Рушники, за потреби, також міняють щодня. До підйомника 150 м, що зручно для лижників. Близько до центра містечка, тобто комфортне розташування. Також є безкоштовна приватна парковка. Сніданок невеликий, але голодним не залишиться ніхто.

Варто було б замінити штору на душовій дверкою.

Colazione completa e abbondante. Posizione centrale in Canazei con tutti i negozi e servizi a pochi passi. Personale preparato e gentile. Tecnologicamente avanzato nel risparmio energetico e con tante piccole e preziose "finezze", compresa la colonnina per auto elettriche.

L' albergo accogliente, le camere spaziose,letto comodo e pulitissime,lo staff veramente simpatico! Situato vicinissimo alle fermate dei bus, degli impianti di risalita e dal paese. In una settimana Non ho mai usato la macchina e sono andata dappertutto. Una vacanza davvero rilassante.

Il buffet per la La colazione deve essere più ricco soprattutto per il salato. Non si può avere la scelta di un singolo formaggio e di un solo affettato al giorno (solo prosciutto cotto, solo salame, solo speck)

cordialità, gentilezza dello staff e posizione centrale, ha reso la mia vacanza in famiglia bellissima. Lo staff era sempre simpatico e sorridente. Le camere venivano rifatte e pulite ogni mattina. La colazione (sempre la stessa ogni giorno) abbondante e buonissima. Perfetta per gli amanti del salato e del dolce

Hotel położony 100m od wejscia do wyciągu. Super boxy na narty ... indywidualne szafki dla każdego pokoju a w nich ogrzewanie butów.... rano były ciepłe.

Śniadanie...Śniadanie było najskromniejsze jakie widziałem od 10 lat przyjeżdżania w rejon Sellaronda. Monotonne ale głodny nigdy z niego nie wyszedłem. Internet bardzo wolny...
